Easysoft ODBC-InterBase Driver

I am receiving the following error message "GDS32.DLL not found". What is the problem?

The Easysoft InterBase ODBC driver uses this InterBase DLL to access the InterBase Server. It must therefore be present on the machine that you install the Easysoft driver on.

The DLL is an InterBase installation option and will be called something like client-only software. The Easysoft InterBase ODBC driver distribution does not include or install this DLL. You need to use your InterBase distribution to install it.
