I am receiving the following error message "GDS32.DLL not found". What is the problem?

Access to the InterBase server is provided by this dll. It is available in the IBClient install. The Easysoft ODBC does not include its own copy of this DLL because of the potential problems that could be caused by overwriting the existing copies.
