Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Systems programmer to work on a variety of projects, which include:

  • Development and maintenance of database middleware products.
  • Other exciting products utilising PL/SQL, Perl, Flex, the HTTP protocol and JSON.

Salary: negotiable.

Skills and Requirements

  • A proven record of development in C or C++.
  • Experience of writing code to communicate with relational databases, with knowledge of ODBC, JDBC or a database-specific API an advantage.
  • Knowledge of network programming and protocols such as HTTP.

Support Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated IT support person to deliver pre- and post-sales support to the Easysoft customer base. Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries, primarily by telephone and e-mail.
  • Resolve customer technical issues through diligent research, reproduction, and troubleshooting.
  • Work directly with other technical support, quality assurance, development, sales and administration staff to resolve problems.

Skills and Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to solve problems.
  • Help Desk / Technical Support experience with an IT company.
  • Experience with databases, SQL, scripting languages or Linux an advantage.
