I don't want my users to be able to update my Zortec data can I set up read-only access?

Yes, users set up within EDA for SystemZ can be set to read only. Access to the database is governed at table level. Administrators have control over which tables users can see and the level of access set upon the tables. Users can be set to have select, delete, insert & update to any given table.
