Why do I get compile warnings in php_odbc.c with OOB 1.0.0.15

When compiling PHP 4.0.n with OOB 1.0.0.15 you may see compilation warnings about implicit conversion of integer to pointer. There are updated versions of the sqlext.h and sqltypes.h header files included with OOB posted to the OOB news group. Alternatively, upgrade the OOB client to 1.0.0.16 or above.
