Please read these instructions fully before attempting to transfer an Easysoft license. Please make sure you send us the details we require in the format we require, otherwise our automated license generation system will not be able to process your request.
If you want to run Easysoft software on your old and new machine concurrently for a short transitional period, obtain a trial license for your new machine.
To transfer an Easysoft license, we need your old license key and the machine number for your new machine. If the machine on which your old license key was installed is no longer available, please contact the Easysoft Product Licensing team () and the appropriate instructions will be sent.
Your old license key is located on the machine you are transferring the license from. The key is present in the file
licenses. By default,
licenses is located in
/usr/local/easysoft/license. If your Easysoft software was installed in a non-default location,

If you are transferring a license for more than one product, include the name and target machine number for each product. For example:

If you are transferring license keys from multiple machines, please send multiple requests to ; one email for each machine.
Trial licenses last for 14 days and can be obtained 24/7 on the Easysoft web site:
The trial license key will be sent by email@example.com to the email address you specified when registering on the Easysoft web site. If you use a mailbox protection service to block unwanted emails, add firstname.lastname@example.org to your email whitelist to ensure that you receive the email. Alternatively, check your junk / spam folders in your email client if you do not receive the license email.
