What is esoobserver.exe?

esoobserver.exe is the program name of the Easysoft ODBC-ODBC Bridge Server for Windows.

The ODBC-ODBC Bridge Client uses the ODBC-ODBC Bridge Server to connect to an ODBC driver on a remote machine. On Windows, the ODBC-ODBC Bridge Server is installed as a service on the machine where the ODBC driver is installed. The ODBC-ODBC Bridge Server (esoobserver.exe) needs to be running to allow the ODBC-ODBC Bridge Client to connect to the target Windows ODBC driver.
