I have forgotten the password for my catalog user and cannot connect. What should I do?

If this happens, you need to amend the catalog user on the server. Run the Easysoft catalog changer (this is found in the bin directory under the default Easysoft install directory). Follow the prompts and use this facility to change the catalog password for your user. You will need to know the ADMIN password to make this change.
