How can I check which version of Microsoft MDAC I have?

Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) contains the ODBC Driver Manager and various ODBC drivers

You can download the MDAC component checker from Microsoft and run it. The MDAC component checker is an extremely useful diagnostics tool. It checks ODBC components such as the Driver Manager and ODBC drivers on your machine to see what you are using and if they are correctly installed. You can get it from:
