Easysoft XML-ODBC Server

Why cannot I connect to a MS SQL Server DSN which uses trusted connections?

The Easysoft XML-ODBC is a Windows service which runs in the local system account. You can only use MS SQL Server DSNs defining the connected as "trusted connection" if the local system account is a trusted user (it usually is not). To make these DSNs work you need to change them to use a database login.

A future version of XML-ODBC may allow the specification of a Windows username/password which will even allow trusted connections to work.
