I have added a New User in CODA-IAS and want them to use Easysoft. How do I do this?

From the $ prompt you need to run the CODACAT routine to refresh users. Then use CATUSER and CODAUSER to set up their passwords.

1. Run the CODACAT routine -

    $ RUN EASYSOFT_SQL_SYSTEM:CODACAT
  
    Easysoft CODA Catalog Generator Version 1.4 (Build XXX : Release)
  
    Copyright (c) 1993-1998 by Easysoft Limited, Wetherby, United Kingdom.

2. Specify the Catalog directory (the logical or physical directory), and administrator's password -

    Catalog Directory : EASYSOFT_SQL_CODA_CATALOG
  
    Admin Password : ADMIN
  
    CODA version : 7.2
  
    Companies within group IAS :
  
    *MASTER * (ALL)

3. Select the Company you wish, * for all -

    Select Company : MASTER

4. Choose R for Refresh Users -

    MASTER exists in Catalog. Overwrite, Delete or Refresh users? (O/D/R): R
  
    Updating Catalog
   
    Refreshing users : MASTER

5. Press Return to exit the routine or select more companies -

    Select Company :

6. Run the CATUSER routine.

7. Run the CODAUSER routine.
