To change the ADMIN user password is a fairly complicated process and will
involve losing all other user definitions. To change the ADMIN password do
the following:
Create a blank catalog using the server administrator (in a separate
directory to your regular Easysoft catalog). During the creation of the
catalog it will ask to enter a password this is the 'new' password for the
ADMIN user.
In your regular Easysoft catalog rename the following files esuser.dat & idx
and esdbprv.dat & idx. Move the same files into your regular Easysoft
catalog. This will have had the effect of changing the ADMIN user. It will
however lose any other users that you have added in and you will need to
add in these users again using the Easysoft pc Administrator.
