Why are there no data sources in the drop down list when I open up the HTTP Web Administrator server?

You probably have an old version of unixODBC which looks at the DSN for the description of the driver instead of looking in the unixODBC driver manager.

A work around is to insert the line:

Description = Easysoft Sage Tetra CS/3 Driver

into the odbc.ini file in the /etc directory.
