Easysoft JDBC-ODBC Bridge

How do I configure JBuilder to work with the Easysoft JDBC-ODBC Bridge client?

The Easysoft JDBC-ODBC Bridge client, EJOB.jar, must be added to your current JBuilder project as a "Required Library." To do this:

  1. In JBuilder, click on Project->Default Project Properties.
  2. Select the Paths tab.
  3. In the Paths tab, select Required Libraries.
  4. Click Add.
  5. Click New.
  6. Enter a suitable name, such as "Easysoft JDBC-ODBC Bridge".
  7. Click Add.
  8. Browse to the EJOB.jar file (include the filename EJOB.jar).
  9. Click OK

    The "Library paths" field should now show the path to the EJOB.jar file. For example: 

    [c:\path\EJOB.jar]
  10. Click OK
  11. Select the library that you named above is step 6.
  12. Use the OK button to save your changes and exit the dialogs.

    You should be now ready to use JBuilder.
