If you need to transfer a license from one machine to another, email license@easysoft.com or contact Easysoft by phone, fax or mail. You will need to follow the appropriate license removal instructions for your product (see the Easysoft Licensing Guide or product User Guide). Supply us with the license removal key and/or the existing license key (depending on the Easysoft product) so that we can generate a license for the new machine.

When you have received the new license:

• On Windows, use Start Menu > Programs > Easysoft > Easysoft Data Access Licensing > License Manager to add the license on the new machine.
• On UNIX, add the license to the end of /usr/local/easysoft/license/licenses on the new machine.

Please note license key transfers/re-issues are only permitted if you currently have a valid support and maintenance agreement.
