Why am I refused a trial license with a message saying a license has already been provided for this machine?

Normally, a trial for a particular product can only be obtained once. Once your trial has expired any attempts to get another trial (via automatic means) will be refused. If you feel you need a trial extension then see the question on trial expiry.

If you have never obtained a trial for the product you are attempting to obtain a trial for then please contact Easysoft and we will rectify the problem.
