Can I have the licenses file on an NFS share referenced by multiple machines?

The /usr/local/easysoft/license/licenses file can be located on an NFS share so that multiple machines may access the same license file. In this case the licenses in the licenses file will presumably be for multiple machines. By default, any invalid licenses for the current machine are flagged as an error and you will be unable to obtain a license slot. This behavior is a safety net in the code to help diagnosing licensing problems. To make the code ignore invalid licenses you need to add the string "IgnoreInvalid" (without quotes) to the start of the licenses file and on a line on its own.
