The Easysoft Apache Derby ODBC Driver successfully launched

We are happy to announce that our Apache Derby ODBC Driver for Linux and UNIX platforms has just been launched.

Our Derby ODBC Driver is the solution for you if you need to connect a 32-bit or 64-bit ODBC application to Derby from either the Linux or UNIX platform.

Nick Gorham, Easysoft Technical Director commented, "As no one else offers an ODBC driver for Derby, this release really shows our continuing commitment to the ODBC middleware market and interoperability, and we are very excited to announce that our Derby Driver is now available for everyone."

With the increasing use of self-service Business Intelligence (BI) tools, data exploration and discovery tools, database end users have more options to analyse data coming directly from any data source.

The Easysoft Derby ODBC Driver enables ODBC applications to access Derby databases that are running under the Derby Network Server. The ODBC application can be on the same machine as Derby or on a remote machine.

As with all of our products, the Derby ODBC Driver is available as a fully functional, free 14 day trial. Download the Easysoft Apache Derby ODBC Driver to connect 32-bit and 64-bit ODBC applications to Derby 10.x from Linux and UNIX platforms today.
